Technical Guidelines:

    1. When you log in, the session stays active for 20 minutes ONLY. You must finish the booking in this time period.

    2. While booking your tickets, please be clear and definite at all steps and DO NOT press the back button on the browser. This can result in your tickets being blocked for half an hour.

    3. Once you have paid for your tickets, please ensure that you download the E-Ticket. Tickets are NOT sent to your e-mail.

    4. You can make only book tickets for maximum 05 passengers against one user ID, one IP Address, one e-mail address, one mobile number, one ID proof and one credit/debit card in a span of 30 days.

    5. Tickets can only be cancelled after 24 hours has elapsed from the time of booking. Online Cancellations are not allowed one day prior to your respective travel date, after 04:00 pm. At that point you must send cancellation request by email to bookings@himalayanheli.com

    6. Only Visa/Mastercard based credi /debit cards are accepted for online payments. American Express cards, mobile wallets, Rupay cards, net banking etc. are not accepted.

    7. Same day return passengers will be ferried maximum till 01:00 pm, and all Next day return passengers are ferried post 01:00 pm.

    8. Reporting time is issued to all passengers one day before the respective travel date only.Passengers have to contact our crew for obtaining their reporting time. Passengers are requested to kindly refer to their tickets, for further guidelines related to obtaining of the reporting time.

    9. Children below two years of age travel free of cost.

    10. Only PAN/Aadhar card are accepted for travelling. Only for foreign nationals, passport numbers will be accepted.

    11. Children without an Aadhar card can travel on the ID of their parents. However, same ID proof can not be used for the parents, as the booking system will not accept the same ID number more than once.

    12. Passengers travelling to Kedarnath ji have to get biometric registration, and health check-up done before their travel date. These are conducted at government authorities’ counterspresent in Rishikesh, Sonprayag, Guptkashi and Phata, among other places.

    13. Tickets once booked, can not be changed in any way. Changingthe Ticket Type, passenger names, etc are not permitted.

    14. To update any passenger’s ID number, gender, age, contact number or address, kindly mail us at bookings@himalayanheli.com along with your tickets attached.

    15. To cancel your tickets, kindly go to the Booking History of your account and cancel your tickets directly there. Tickets are not manually cancelled by us, unless it is a bad weather/technical cancellation.

    16. Refunds against cancelled tickets, are automatically credited in the respective bank accounts of the passengers, which was used at the time of booking, within 07-10 working days. Refunds are generated as per our cancellation and refunds policy.
